After serving eight years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, Eugene Manzanet has dedicated his time and energy to serving the Milwaukee area as a resource of information for financial education, community, and economic development. Currently, he is serving as Executive Director of Scaling Wellness In Milwaukee. SWIM's mission is to drive community-based collaboration that helps prevent and respond to trauma and creates a resilient Milwaukee. Eugene is highly passionate about his work in disenfranchised communities and is committed to making it his life's work to help in enhancing the quality of life in Milwaukee. He also serves on numerous nonprofit boards and advisory councils throughout the Milwaukee area.

Before Northterra, Lee worked at Spectrum Development Group in Wauwatosa for five years, learning the acquisition, development and construction process Prior to entering real estate at Spectrum, Lee worked in the front-office of the Milwaukee Brewers organization in the corporate affairs department where he supported large corporate accounts such as Pepsi, Harley Davidson, Klement’s Sausage, MLB and many other clients. Prior to this, he played professional baseball for the Milwaukee Brewers and New York Mets organizations after getting drafted by the Brewers out of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Lee serves on the board of Trinity Housing Resources, Inc. and is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Wisconsin.

As a City of Racine Council Member representing the 5th District on the near north side, Melissa has been instrumental in fostering strong community-municipal partnerships and collaborations. Her exceptional "will to find a way" attitude has paved the path for successful initiatives that have addressed pressing issues and brought about meaningful change.
Melissa actively serves on the Public Safety and Licensing Committee, where she contributes to ensuring the safety and well-being of her fellow residents. Additionally, she lends her expertise to the AD HOC for redistricting, working towards equitable representation within the city.
