Currently, he is serving as Executive Director of Scaling Wellness In Milwaukee. SWIM's mission is to drive community-based collaboration that helps prevent and respond to trauma and creates a resilient Milwaukee. Eugene is highly passionate about his work in disenfranchised communities and is committed to making it his life's work to help in enhancing the quality of life in Milwaukee.
